Refund & Cancellation Policy

Hairfree Laser Private Limited operates the hair-related services. This page informs you of our policies regarding the Terms and Conditions of Refund and Collection of Services.

Refund Policy

The amount taken for booking is a commitment amount for dates and is non-refundable.

The dates booked for the procedure can only be postponed if the request is made at least 2 weeks prior to the procedure date. No complaints regarding the same will be entertained.

Funds once transferred for booking or the funds once paid for the hair-related service will not be refunded.

Surgical and non-surgical procedures come with no warranty (guaranteed or implied) of any certain result. Perceived lack of improvement in one’s condition does not translate into any type of refund.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that there may be certain procedures/cases that we are unable to accept and must cancel. These may include date amendments, incorrect investigation reports, etc. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any procedure/cases for any reason.

Cancellation is only accepted under the following circumstances:

• Any strong health medical issue
• Any unavoidable circumstances
• Emergency traveling issue
